You can spend large amounts of money on advertising to give your company an image of professionalism and quality service.

However, all of that goes out the window when someone in your company does something like THIS to give potential clients a different image about what you can offer.

Lesson of the day:

Make sure that staff share the same company values as you do.

Professionalism is not a value that only applies between business hours.       It’s a lifestyle.
